The results are in....

Hey!

Phew what a day! I'm getting drenched here in the not-so-sunny Sheffield today, seems whenever I'm out and about running an errand the heavens burst and now I'm sat at the PC it's bloomin' sunny outside - typcial eh?!

Anyways enough whinging, let's get on to a card shall we?

So if you've been watching the news you'll know that it's been results time for GCSEs and A-Levels. Chris' brother, Matt was one of those nervous students wondering if he'd got the grades he needed to go to Uni - oh I remember that anxiety/excitement like it was yesterday!

Anyways Matt did really well and we're really happy that he's got into his first choice of Uni so it's just a matter of packing up and going! I wouldn't be babbling about this if it didn't require a card right? So in order to celebrate Matt's achievement I made yet another masculine card (though I wanted to have some fun with bold colours to celebrate!)It's actually based on a Mojo Monday sketch that was designed to celebrate 100 sketches:
I don't think it's too bad for a teenager - I couldn't resist adding those flourishes along with a spot of paper piercing though I really need that cool ruler tool with holes in for accurate piercing; piercing here took way too long for my liking!

Matt liked his card anyways and I hope you like it too! I'm posing this on the PTI Blog (well it'd be rude not to when it's adorned with PTI stash!;D) along with much less babble so if you want the deets you can check it out there!

Right then, I'm off to the cinema tonight with Chris - I've no idea what we're gonna see (it's his choice!) but I've just had my hair cut and finished so I'm feeling fab and ready for a nice night out! I hope y'all have a FABULOUS bank holiday weekend! It's gonna be a birthday, a soggy BBQ, a lucky flutter on the Dogs and maybe the Casino for me - I'll explain later....!

PTI Blog Hop

Hey!

Well I officially think I may be superwoman! LOL! Not only am I trying to sort out moving but have managed to craft with all my crafting goodies boxed up! I've recently had to make a load of cards due to typical Chris asking for cards at the very last minute - I keep tellin' him we have a calendar to prevent this problem but he's yet to use it! LOL!

So my first creation that I can share with you is this one which is for this month's PTI Blog Hop. My official post for this creation is over on the PTI Blog but I wanted to share it with you here too! The challenge was to create something inspired by autumn:
I hope you like it! Can you hear the leaves rustle with that big gust of wind and envisage the leafs blowing towards you? Well that was what I was trying to interpret anyways!

Now I've multi-tasked on this card as it also qualifies for Dawn McVey's Rapberry Suite Colour Challenge #15! I double stamped a couple of my leaves to add more depth to the orange leaves (it's all Melon Berry)
For more details on the card recipe and the PTI Blog Hop check out my official blog hop entry over on the PTI blog.

Right, I'll be back soon as I've actually got a back log of cards to upload - yup, that's how busy I've been!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Good News, Bad News...

Hey!

I hope you've all had a super duper weekend! I wish I could say that mine was full of lazing around, chilling and watching (and celebrating!) a spot of amazing cricket but instead it was stressful, hot and sweaty! Well I wouldn't expect anything else from moving to a new place! Thankfully we have a few weeks overlap to get things sorted but we (well to be honest, Chris) likes to jump in the deep end and get stuck in. After all, the quicker we work the sooner it's done!

Anyways about this post: I have some news that I'm kinda excited about but kinda sad about at the same time (though judging from some comments on my previous post a lot of you already know about it!). I'm really excited that I've been asked to join the A Passion For Papertrey Blog so I'll be able to contribute my PTI creations and also join in the excitement of setting challenges and giving prizes - yay! However I'm sad because my dear friend Steph is leaving the blog. Steph provides me with so much inspiration and I just love her humour, this gal has me giggling at the computer screen on many occasions! I know she has her own amazing blog to keep me inspired and giggling but she'll be sorely missed and I would like to point out that I certainly don't intend on 'replacing' her - to me, she's irreplaceable! I just hope I'll be able to help out my other dear friend Kate out by helping her to run the PTI blog a bit as it'd be a darn shame if it didn't continue!

So it all starts today for me! The new challenge over on our PTI blog (can I use the term 'our' now? Guess I can?!) is to produce a Clean and Simple (CAS) card using at least one PTI Product - easy peasy hey?! Here's my example:Yes, I know it's very simple but when you've got an impatient bf who wants to be sorting out other stuff rather than a card challenge you kinda have to rush a little! Anyways all the deets are over on our PTI blog so I'd really love it if you took a peek (Kate's example just rocks as always btw!) and I'd REALLY love it if you played along to join in the fun - you don't have to use all your PTI stash, just a tiny bit and there's a prize if you need more persuading!

Oh and speaking of PTI I've finally managed to make a decision on which stamp set to pick as my prize for the PTI August GSS Contenst! It was soooooo tough but I've finally decided on Friends 'Til the End - just love those sentiments and I can't wait to colour and paper piece those flowers! It was a toss up between this and Everyday Button Bits (I wanted to get a really fun set rather than functional set, but don't worry, those polka dot basics will be working their way into my collection soon!) but seeing as I know I'll end up with both anyways I wasn't too worried about picking one ;D (Well, I need lots more PTI buttons before I can play with the everyday set, including those delicious Pure Poppy ones *drool* LOL!)

Right then gotta dash, Chris has left me with the longest list of errands to run to get things sorted - I no longer feel I'm on my summer hols!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Celebrating Charlie...

Hey!

Well I've kinda calmed down a bit since my good news - I just now have the tough decision of choosing a single PTI stamp set as my prize! Oh decisions, decisions, should I go for a background set? (I'm loving those polka dots!) or a set with cool images? (I'm loving Bird Watching) or a set with gorgeous sentiments? (Just as in Friends 'til the End) Well if you have any suggestions on sets you love or just couldn't live without then let me know!

Can I also say "THANK YOU!" from the bottom of my heart for all the wonderful comments and emails I've received - you sure know how to make a gal blush don't ya!? I love you all and feel so blessed to have such wonderful buddies who totally understand my level of enthusiasm! *MWAH!*

Anyways enough of the slushfest and onto today's card...now I don't want you to run from me when I post this little card - it's totally not my style but I wanted to challenge myself and try something new.

There's a fab new blog called Get Sketchy - it posts new sketches every Friday along with the chance to win some cool prizes and this is the first sketch:
I just thought it looked kinda interesting to try so I had a go and made a card to celebrate the new (and safe!) arrival of my nephew Charlie:Please don't click that cross button - I can explain!!!

I know, it's not very me but when I say that this card is intended for Charlie's big brothers and sister (aged 9, 4 and 2) do you see where I'm coming from now? I don't think Harry, Thomas and Ruby would really appreciate my normal crafting style saying such things as:

"That's a gorgeous colour combo Aunty Amy!"

" Oh Aunty Amy I just love how pleasing to the eye that is, you've balanced the colours so well!"
LOL!

So here's a chance to just have some plain ol' stampin' fun with fun images and fun papers (although the buttons are PTI so if they're gonna recycle it I might request those babies back!)

I think the only thing 'me' about this card is the grey - I love how it works with the blue, so pretty! Oh and the hearts on the pram sparkle thanks to my little Copic Spica Pen - though again my photography has failed to show how much it sparkles IRL!

Card Recipe

Stamps: Stamping Bella - Bella Baby Buggy Bumper, PTI - Around and About Sentiments
Ink: Memento Black
Cardstock: From Stash - though I think it might be Cloud 9 Design (how appropriate for my last post eh? LOL!)
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Nestabilities, PTI Buttons (Aqua Mist and Enchanted Evening), PTI White Twine, Dark Blue Stardust Pen, Copic Clear Spica Pen, White Gel Pen

Well I'm now off to see Charlie for myself for the first time - don't worry though I won't be getting broody! I don't have time for myself sometimes let alone kids, I dunno how all you mums out there do it - I truly admire it!

Cloud 9...

Hey!

Well the title of today's post is exactly where I am today! I'm on cloud 9 because I've won the August PTI Guest Star Stamper Contest for best use of the On My Couch set with this entry! OMG, I can't believe it!

Of course I didn't just post to share my good news - I have a card too. I'm going to confess that this is a CASE of a very talented stamper, Melissa Ladd. I was in need of an anniversary card for my brother and SIL and just didn't know where to start! Fortunately Melissa's creation really kicked my mojo into gear with this:
Isn't it just gorgeous?!

So I sat down with my PTI Damask Designs set and got to work in pure damask Heaven! Well I know it's kinda bold but I'm pleased with the result. The background is a piece of 'magic card' in silver that I picked up from a craft show so long ago. I think it's magic because when you emboss with detail clear ep it gives a foiled effect. (FYI: I think this could work with most sliver card and I was maybe conned here with buying this stuff!) Anyways I covered it in Teal Stazon (gosh that stuff stinks - I've never played with Stazon before!) , stamped the damask stamp in Versamark and covered with detail clear ep. The result gives a foiled effect which is kinda cool.

For the sentiment to stand out I braved the heat gun again and embossed with white detail ep. I love working with detail powders, they work so well!I decorated the inside too - just had to stamp once on scrap paper with that HUGE damask covered in Stazon as it was way too stronger colour before stamping on the inside as I wanted to stamp the sentiment over the top. I know the double stamping technique has a name but my mind has gone completely blank! LOL!

I'm also going to enter this for the Inspiration and Themes Challenge #24 over at ILWS - it's a pretty late entry but it was this picture (the one on the right if you hadn't guessed!) that inspired me to go with the teal and black colour combo.
Card Recipe
Stamps: PTI - Damask Designs
Ink: Stazon Teal Blue, Memento Black, Versamark
Cardstock: PTI - True Black, Magic Card (from craft show), Grey (from stash)
Accessories: PTI - Vintage Cream Satin Ribbon, PTI - White Twine, Black button (Basic Grey), Clear Detail EP, Detail White EP

That's all I've got on me for now so thanks so much for stopping by - I really, truly do appreciate it!

H**sework linked to Cards...? No Way!

Hey!

So today I thought I would share with you something I'm kinda proud of - well proud because it all came from my tiny mind!

The idea for this card originated from me doing the dreaded H**sework and cleaning the sofa. I was in full cleaning mode with all the cushions on the floor, ready to tackle the sofa with the hoover when I saw a gold glint...I decided to investigate and what d'ya know it was a £1 coin! It's finders keepers, losers weepers in my book so I pocketed it (it was probably mine anyways!) and was kinda happy! It's usually crumbs down my sofa and nothing else...

This then got me thinking...hmmm....well I have the On My Couch stamp set - maybe I could re-tell this story through my cardmaking?! Worth a try I reckoned so I got to it and made this:
The sofa is coloured with a Promarker directly onto Kraft and gives it a kinda suede effect - my photography can't pick it up well but it looks suede IRL! Now it's no ordinary card - you gotta 'Wish Big' and move that cushion outta the way and see if luck's on your side. Is anything down the back of this sofa...?
Well I can't believe it! A £10 note!! OMG I wish I found that down the back of MY sofa LOL! Well, "It's your day" for sure! I thought this was a kinda cute sentiment to add (and appropriate for finding £10 down the back of a sofa!)

The tab comes out completely so you could be really generous and put a £50 note in but I'm sticking with the £10 for now!I decorated the inside too of course - though don't try to root down that chair as you'll be disappointed LOL!Well I hope you like it! I've entered it for the Monthly PTI Guest Star Stamper Contest for August. One of the categories is for the best use of On My Couch and I think this is a pretty cool use if I say so myself, though I'd love to know what y'all think too!

Card Recipe
All PTI Unless Stated
Stamps: On My Couch, Star Prints (for the sentiments)
Ink: Memento Black, Fresh Snow, Versamark (to create the shadow under the sofa)
Card: Kraft, Enchanted Evening, Ripe Avocado Bitty Box Basics, White, Pure Poppy, Ripe Avocado Bitty Dot Basics
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Nestability, Pure Poppy Saddle Stitched Ribbon, White Vintage Button, White Twine, White Gel Pen, Promarker, 3D Foam Pads

Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it!

The Next Toughie....DONE!

Hey!

Well you have to read today's blog post title in the style of Gordon Ramsay - as that's how I'm sayin' it! Yup I've finished the next toughie (aka a masculine card) required of me in record time!

But before I start babbling about the card - I have some fab news to share with y'all...yesterday I became an aunty AGAIN!! Aunty to 7 now including the new, healthy baby Charile who arrived yesterday morning! So I'll be making a nice card in tones of blue methinks but anyways back to TODAY'S card:

I figured I had a few days to mull this one over for Chris' dad but Chris kindly requested it at the last minute again last night so he could take it with him to his folks' today. So cue a mad rush to my crafting corner at 10.30pm! I decided to adopt the CAS approach to card making as well as the quick approach and I'm kinda happy with the result:Well simple by name and simple by nature for blokes I say LOL! It only took about 30mins and one cuppa to think up and decide on which colours to use etc. I think being tired really helped my decision process here - I was too tired to be indecisive!

Card Recipe
All PTI Supplies
Stamps: Star Prints
Ink: Summer Sunrise, Dark Chocolate
Card: Enchanted Evening, Aqua Mist, Stampers Select White, Ripe Avocado Bitty Box Basics
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Nestabilities, Dark Chocolate Twill Ribbon, White Gel Pen, Corner Rounder

On another note, I received positive feedback for my last masculine card - Matt said "It was good!" and that's real enthusiasm for an 18 year old isn't it? Wonder if I'll receive the same feedback for this card? Well it depends on when Chris' dad will receive it as in typical bloke style Chris has gone to his folks' and left this card on the bloomin' table! D'oh!

Edited to add: Just realised I could enter this for the CAS#28 Challenge over on SCS - to create a CAS Masculine Card. Am I psychic or what?! LOL!

Colour When You're Stressed...

Hey!

I hope you're all having a super weekend so far - it's dull and rainy in typical Sheffield style here but I'm pretty sure that gives me more reason to get some crafting done :o)

I'm feeling kinda stressed at the mo, were due to move next week and the thought of rooting through ALL my stuff and sorting it kinda fills me with dread! So cue some more colouring to take the stress and all of life's worries away...

I decided again to play along with the current challenge over at A Passion For Promarkers - I had the colours for this challenge so thought, "Hey, why not?!" This week's required colours are Rose Pink and Cocoa so I could tell this was gonna end up being a girly card!
I hope you like it! I still have a stash of cutesy images (Ta Alison!) as I don't own any cutesy stamps myself. I love to colour in cute images, but then I don't use them enough to justify buying the stamps if that makes sense?

I decided to carry on the theme of pink and brown throughout the card and added a couple of embellishments that I received courtesy of the amazingly generous (and talented!) Steph - thanks hun! There's also a touch of sparkle on Tilda's wings and the swirly detail on her coat and hat - I couldn't capture it in the photo but it sparkles so prettily IRL!

Card Recipe
Stamps: Magnolia Tilda with Dalecarlia Coat
Ink: Memento Black
Card: Basic Grey Bittersweet Collection
Accessories: Promarkers, Paper Flowers, Bling, White Gel Pen, Copic Clear Spica Clear

Right then, off to face the rain clouds - I'll be damned if they're gonna stop me from having any fun! LOL!

Thanks so much for stopping by and for the lovely comments you leave - I really love to read them and stop by your place too!

Masculine Cards....Argh!

Hey!

So there comes a time in crafting where you just gotta do something that you find tough. My toughie being masculine cards! I dunno what it is about them but I get a mental block just thinking about them - maybe it's because men/boys don't like pretty sparkles and flowers?

This is especially tough for me because cue not one but TWO male birthdays coming up! ARGH! Well I've tackled one, that being Chris' brother, Matt, who will be 18 on Friday (and so won't be reading this I hope!) I have to confess that I was so tempted to throw in the towel and just buy a card thinking that an 18 year old lad surely wouldn't care about a card being handmade! However, I was forced to backtrack that thought when I was out with him on holiday and he made a point of saying, "I'd better receive one of your handmade cards for my birthday..." GULP!

Well I couldn't disappoint him, even if he was being sarcastic I was determined to make him his card! So another last minute job late last night to catch the post this morning I made him this: Now don't go thinking the Mojo's back yet - this was totally based on the current SFYTT sketch:I didn't wanna plaster a huge 18 across the card and tried to play it kinda cool (Interpretation: I couldn't fit an 18 on this card anywhere!). So no keys, no 18, just alcohol LOL! You can't see on the pic but I used a clear glitter pen on the ice so it has that little sparkle (I couldn't resist!)Well I hope Matt likes it anyways and if not I wish he'd tell me so I could just BUY a card next time LOL!

Card Recipe
All PTI Unless Stated
Stamps:
Stamping Bella - Beerafella (Thanks so much for the image Kate - you're a livesaver!), Star Prints, Around & About Sentiments
Ink: Memento Black, Enchanted Evening
Card: Enchanted Evening, Spring Rain Bitty Box Basics, Ocean Tides
Accessories: Ocean Tides Twill Ribbon, Promarkers, White Gel Pen, Copic Clear Spica Pen

Right then, off to make the next card. Intended recipient: Chris' Dad - no pressure! LOL!

Distressed Stitching!

Hey!

Well finally unpacked and getting back to reality now (well, reality for me is I still have 4 weeks off work ;D)

Now I've been itching to get back into crafting but my mojo is AWOL - maybe I left it in Abersoch? Or maybe I just need to surf a little more around Blogland to kick it into gear....

Nevertheless I've already been required to make a card for Chris' parents to thank them for a lovely holiday. If I'd have been organised I'd have already made one before we left for the sea-side and presented them with it at the end, but me being me I leave it until the last minute LOL!

So no mojo, no idea what to do, I just got stuck in and created this:
I know it's not special and there's no button in sight but seeing as this is going to be posted a la Royal Mail I kinda like to keep it flat if possible and to deter a trip to the post office - I tell ya, I'm becoming a regular in my local post office for posting normal sized envelopes that happen to be bulky with buttons!
Now in an effort to add some 'jazz' I attempted to play with my sewing machine - I'm still kinda scared of the thing to be honest! In a bid to hide my awful lines I figured I'd make them intentionally wonky - hence the kinda free-spirited, distressed look! Still needs lots of practise on that darned machine, either that or maybe I should just sell it!

I'm also going to enter this card into the current challenge over on the A Passion For Papertrey Blog which conveniently happens to be to make a Thank You card!

Card Recipe
All PTI Unless Stated
Stamps: Remember
Ink: Memento Black, Ripe Avocado, Fresh Snow
Card: Smokey Shadow, White Stampers Select, Ripe Avocado Bitty Dot Basics, Pure Poppy
Accessories: Pure Poppy Saddle Stitch Ribbon, Sewing Machine, Promarker (Berry Red)

OK that's about all I got on me now - I'm off to cook tea for Chris and myself after his long hard day at work! Spaghetti and Meatballs is on the menu - yummy!

Pleasant Surprises!

Hey!

Well I'm back from Abersoch now and I had a fab time! Fortunately it wasn't too soggy with only a couple of rainy days (lucky I'd anticipated it and taken my umbrella!) but the rest of the time it was really sunny! So cue some fab day trips and days by the beach (though not too long - I tend to get bored of just sitting on sand after a while!) and late nights having a real giggle with Chris' family over delicious meals, games and drinks (though not too many of course ;D) I don't tan, but my freckles have merged making me have that healthy holiday glow!

Just thought I'd share a couple of pics with y'all - no more than two I promise!'

Firstly Chris' and my own tootsies in the sea - we dared to go a little deeper with our jeans rolled up and inevitably ended up with soggy jeans LOL!
Secondly (and lastly!) Chris and me at Caernarfon Castle. What a beautiful place just full of history and very steep, winding, narrow stone stairs up to the highest turrets providing just stunning views of Snowdonia.
Of course I've been itching to get back to Blogland and see what you've all been up to (and to check if my scheduled post worked - it did hurrah!), it would seem that everyone has been VERY busy crafting - so much inspiration! Apologies if I've not got around to commenting yet - it's a lenghty process to visit everyone and have a good nosy! LOL!

I've had some really pleasant surprises after my troop around blogland, firstly I'd love to thank Alex for nominating me for not one, not two, but THREE blog awards! Thanks so much hun, I'm really honoured that you considered me - you're a fab bloggin' buddy! Go check out Alex's work - it's really super and the sneak peeks she gives really have me on the edge of my seat!

So I know I've already received the Beautiful Blogger award but I'd really like to nominate some people for all three! I know most people probably have these by the time I get around to nominating new people so apologies in advance if you've already got them - just ignore me! So in alphabetical order I'd like to nominate:

1. Alison
2. Ann
3. Dawn
4. Karen
5. Jane
6. Julie

My last little piece of news had my jaw on the floor...I've realised that I've been selected as one of the Top 5 Passionistas over on the Passion For Promarkers Blog for my entry for Week 10!OMG! I'm truly thrilled and gobsmacked! Thanks so much for picking little me and it's given me the perfect excuse to buy even more Promarkers to play along with future challenges of course! I get the honor of displaying the following blinkie on my blog now!

Ah well that's about all for now - I've gotta make sure I help in unpacking (the worst part about holidays) and solve the mystery of how sand managed to get in Chris' laptop bag, eek!

Surprise Mid-Week Post!

Hey!

Well if this works, then I've managed to successfully schedule a post on Blogger - woo hoo! It should be Wednesday 5th August 2009 and I should be enjoying the sun by the seaside or wading through floods (probably the latter!) If this doesn't work btw, I'm totally blaming Blogger ;D

I tried desperately to have a little play with my new PTI goodies before I went away. I didn't think Chris' family would appreciate me locking myself away, crafting and being highly unsociable LOL!

So I thought I'd share a card with you that I made for my dear bloggin buddy (and buddy in general!) Steph just before I went away. I actually think she was probably more interested in the contents of the card (a cheque with some money I owed her!) rather than the card itself LOL!
I'm in love with the new On My Couch and On My Couch Additions sets - they're just adorable and the perfect chance to play fabric designer! The images are just perfect for using those scraps of card/dp up that you know you've been saving for some future project.

I just know Steph is a huge fan of Raspberry Fizz (aren't we all?) so there was no question what colour this chair was gonna be!

Don't ya just love the sentiment/sayings too? So different but so true! I also decorated the inside of the card too - well it would have been rude not to. The chair is made from the cutting of my homemade damask dp - just scrummy!Card Recipe
Stamps: On My Couch, On My Couch Additions, Damask Designs
Ink: Memento Black, Raspberry Fizz
Card: Hibiscus Burst, Stampers Select White, True Black
Accessories: Button (Basic Grey), Raspberry Fizz Polka Dot Ribbon (I used the other side!), Martha Stewart Border Punch

I hope you like it! I'm thinking of making a set of these cards and then maybe, just maybe, downloading this Lauren Meader Template to keep them in. Sounds kinda ambitious I know but I might be up for the challenge...

Well this is a kinda quick and short post as I really do need to get packing - we're setting off in an hour and I've not even made a list yet! ARGH! So I'm gonna love ya and leave ya!

Catch ya later! (when I'm really back and can catch up with y'all in here in Blogland!)

Pure Poppy & Pants!

Hey!

Well it's proving to be a soggy & expensive weekend for myself! Just purchased my new car (yay!) & have been on a shopping spree. Let's just say it proved profitable to Oasis, Monsoon & very profitable to Office ;D (Shoes are my shopping weakness!)

So just before I'm about to go on what looks like a soggy stay by the sea-side, I thought I'd share just one more card with y'all...

I decided to play along with the current Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #13 today. What I love about these challenges is the combo of colours they force me to play with - what I originally would have thought as eurgh! turns into ooh!

This weeks colours didn't fail in challenging me:I knew I wanted incorporate the picture as well as the colours as part of the challenge and so just knew I had to use my PTI Remember stamp set!
The idea to segregate the main image came from the TV! In fact I think it was The Bill which was on in the background (I'm not a fan of it!) when I spotted a pic of a red flower that had been split into two canvases. The places I get my inspiration eh?!
Card Recipe
(All PTI Unless Stated)
Stamps: Remember, Damask Designs
Ink: Pure Poppy, Berry Sorbet, Memento Black, Whispers Sage Shadow (Don't own PTI's Spring Moss....yet!)
Card: Berry Sorbet, Stampers Select White
Accessories: Pure Poppy Ribbon, Spring Moss Button (Ta Kate!), White Gel Pen, White Rustic Twine

Now for all of you who raised your eyebrows at the title of my post....well this card didn't come without it's antics y'know. There I was, sat at my desk, inking up my poppy stamp with a large pure poppy inkpad & what d'ya know...clumsy Aimes drops the inkpad onto her BEST jeans! ARGH! Cue Aimes whipping off her jeans in the quickest time possible & dashing to the nearest sink to get the ink out! The ink came out fine btw, but I did all of this without a care that I've done this act in clear view of my window, which just so happens to look out onto a main road with traffic lights with a double decker bus waiting at a stop light! Well the passengers got a good view & a reason to raise their eyebrows anyways LOL! Oh the joys of craftin'!

Right then, I'm off to pack for my soggy holiday - please send some positive vibes for some sun!

Catch ya later (quite a bit later probably!)
