Happy Monday! Definitely happy for me, (even though I had to drive through ice and snow this morning with more snow predicted later this week), because I received my prize from PTI for the GSS Contest! Turning a New Leaf is in my possession and just begging to be inked up so expect to see it featured on a card sometime soon!
The card I'm sharing with you today was created for our shiny new challenge on our PTI Blog; to create a black and white card. I love the elegance and style sticking to a black and white combo gives a card:
Can you tell I'm still loving using the masking technique with my Friends 'til the End flower?! I wanted to keep things pretty simple so just mounted the image onto some foam pads and drew a border around it with my trusty white gel pen. Nothing too fancy but simply and classic methinks!

Are we still friends? I must say our men's team is a power house...they've been winning everything at home over the last few years. I started stamping long before I started sharing cards online so I don't have photos to share but I can tell you they were BAD. I wonder what I could have been thinking with some of the crazy things I put on cards! It's funny to think about now though!
