Well once again I'm sat in Abersoch with fingers crossed this scheduled post goes live when I ask it to! It's nearing the end of my week away with it being Friday-Eve, but let's look at the positives - it's time for a new CASE study!

Well I'm still recovering from our party blog-hop last week! Chupa sure knows how to throw a good party! So what's happening this week? Well we're continuing the celebrations and have decided it'd be fun to CASE you this week! Yup - we've been stalking our CASE study players, on the hunt for some inspiration :)
Admittedly it was a toughie deciding who to pick but I couldn't resist picking the super talented and all-round diva (Verve Diva, that is!) Moe! I'm so blessed to count Moe as a friend; we may be separated by what seems like a million miles, but this hobby has brought us together :) Moe is a seriously talented stamper, and although our styles are very different she still inspires me with her fabulous creations (I'm yet to make the loopy flowers but believe me, it's on my to do list!) I've no idea how she can add those layers and still achieve an uncluttered look! Oh and don't even get me started on her attention to detail and her gorgeous work with ribbon - her bows are to die for! Moe was also sweet enough to CASE me last week; totally going outside her comfort zone and rocking it - so it seems only fair (and fun!) to CASE her right back!
After spending ages choosing just one project to CASE I came across this beauty:
Check out the original post of this card here!
Yup - it might be Christmas themed but I loved the layout and the way that singular Christmas bauble does all the talking (I think that called to my CAS loving side *wink*) I also loved the larger border Moe left around her focal panel; I tend to get stuck in the rut of trimming everything with a 0.25" border.
So managed to tick another guy card off the list of loads I have to make (I'm getting quite a good head start on 'em now!) and came up with this:
Moe's card is Christmas themed and mine tends to remind me of a beach in the summer with that colour scheme! Well summer just so happens to be Moe's fave season so it seemed kinda fitting :) I'm also hoping as you read this, I myself, may just be chilling on a beach in Abersoch *wink*
So now it's your turn! Last we we asked you to CASE us, and this week we want you to CASE a fellow player of CASE study. Sounds like fun, right? Oh and remember, we welcome all abilities of paper-crafters to play along with us - the more the merrier :)
Why not check out who else the amazing CASE study DT picked to CASE?

aw, Aimes...me?! You CASEing me? I am out of this world honoured, Duchess...really :D LOVE your fabulous card...you work magic with stars. I can't believe this was the card you picked. It was made for my mom, 2 weeks before she passed away. It was in her room and I took it back home when we cleared her room. I still have it, can't part with it as it was the last card I ever gave her, but when I made it, I didn't know :( A very bittersweet memory :) I love this card and I love you!! Hope the freckles (I call them sun kisses) are doing alright :) Thanks for honouring me this way (and my mom too :) hugs, Duchess!!

Oh Aimes, I hope the weather is being kind to you in Abersoch. We drove through there the other day while visiting DHs family - he comes from that neck of the woods. Anyway, back to today and what a fabulous card - love the colours and the way you always talk to my CAS side!

Awesome masculine card, Aimes! Love the colors and that subtle stamped label behind the star. Hope you had a marvelous week.
A beautiful tribute to a talented friend- an awesome gift!! Love how you have turned it into a masculine card but kept the wide boarder and the single element focal point!! :)
