*Brrrrrrr* what a chilly Friday-Eve is proving to be today! It's definitely mitten weather here today and it's definitely time to warm up with a new CASE Study :)

...AND seeing as it's February (Seriously?! Already?!) it's time to introduce a new muse for us to admire. So let me introduce you to one seriously talented, creative lady: Karola Witczak!
I mean, just check out this work of art of Karola's for us to study this week:

Check out the original post of this card here!
Eeek! I know! What a labour of love this card is! How on Earth can I do this card justice?! Well I took my inspiration from that lower left corner of DP on this beauty (the one with the bird and cage on) as well as the colour scheme and the theme of love and added a pinch of CAS style to create this:

OK so I was totally inspired by this card by the awesome Maile Belles too when it came to inking up this stamp set *wink*
Y'see, this is the thing I love about CASE Study: you can be totally inspired by styles that you may
And that's exactly what I'm hoping you'll do: play along with us!
Check out the rest of the amazing CASE Study DT's take on Karola's gorgeous card:

Right then, I'm off to go put some extra layers on....would it be wrong of me to wear gloves under my mittens?!
Thank you so much for visiting this li'l corner of Blogland!
Catch ya later!

wow! love the original card, but love how you can take any card and make it your own! Thx for the inspiration :)
I love your CAS take on the CASE Study Card...so, so, soft and beautiful...and of course your signature green :) Love it Aimes.
So brilliant, Aimes! I love how you took a small element of the original card to build your design around, and it looks amazing! Great color choices!
Great card! Simple but what an effect, love it :)

Aimes Your card is great! That's what I love about CASE too - no matter what your style there is always something for you. Last month about killed me - I bet you were in heaven!! I can see the inspiration and your card ROCKS!
This is the work of a true CAS Queen... love how you've taken one element and created a fantastic card :0)

You are totally rocking this stamp set! I have it too, so I think I need to CASE your CASE...which was also a double CASE because you CASEd both Maile and Karola for CASE Study.
(by the way, I was seeing how many times I could write CASE in this comment without sounding too redundant)
So soft and soothing, downright beautiful!
Beautiful card!
great take on the card. I agree I would be too chicken to try this style and probably have to CAS the card also. The stamps are so lovely and I like the way you have made the cages a light airy colour. And what a gorgeous sentiment x
I love how you were inspired...that sweet card is oh-so-you:)
aw, just lovely, Duchess...gorgeous blue and green :) Will this be Chris' Valentine's card? Love your CAS inspiration :)
Lovely card! The love birds are soo sweet!
I like your card! The love birds are so cute!
Very pretty Aimes. The soft colors look great and I love the birdcage and birds images. :o)
