Typewriter love...

Hey!

Friday-Eve has sneaked upon me lightning speed - typical when you're trying to get as much out of 2 weeks off as possible! Shall we celebrate in the usual manner?

Yup time for a new CASE Study! And seeing as it's a new month, it's also time to introduce a new muse to inspire us for April so without further ado, our muse is Laurie Schmidlin!

Let's check out what we have up for studying this week from Laurie:

Check out the original post of this card here!

Umm I'm gonna 'fess up straight away and say I was simply taken by that vintage typewriter. I ♥ things like this - if my guy and I had room where we lived, I swear we'd have things like this and vintage telephones, gramophones and bicycles around us :)

Needless to say, my card this week was heading exactly in that direction:

hello

It's extremely CAS but that's the way I (and my guy!) like it: simple and to the point :)

So I'd love to see what direction you take after studying Laurie's card! Be sure to check out what the rest of the CASE Study DT whipped up for your viewing pleasure and then be sure to join in the fun :)

I'm keeping it short and sweet today: this gal's gotta a lot to cram into 2 weeks of Easter holidays! If I don't see you before, I'm wishing you all a lovely Easter (for those of you who celebrate it) and maybe even some devouring of scrummy treats *wink*

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Catch ya later!

love your take on Laurie's card, Duchess. I expect the CAS version of a layered card and expect nothing else but brillance from you :) You NEVER disappoint. I am studying you closely and aspire to be able to all kinds of cards one day :) Love the choice of green background as well :)
