I'm taking a break from the Uniko Studio sneak peeks to keep up with the regular posting schedule here every Friday-Eve. AKA: CASE Study time!
Time to knuckle down and study, peeps. Prepare to be inspired by this gorgeous project of Elena's and get busy:
I'm pretty sure you can see how this project inspired my card today. Pink and white seemed like the perfect colour combo to go with for creating a card for a christening we attended recently. I'm pretty sure that our friends' precious baby girl appreciated the girly colours as well as me. :)
This card was a breeze to whip up too thanks to my Cricut Mini. I designed the card front on the Cricut Craft Room software, plugged in my Mini, loaded it with some pink Basic Grey cardstock that I've hoarded for years and clicked, 'cut'. Super simple!
FYI: The cross with flourishes is from the cartridge 'New Testatment' and the font used is from the 'Simply Sweet' cartridge. The tiny heart is from the CTMH cartridge called, 'Artiste'.
- When I cut this out using my Cricut Mini, I saved all of the positive cuts from the flourished cross to create a coordinating tag. I'll share it here when I can find the picture of it that I took!
- I've saved this design I created with the Cricut Craft Room software which means I can simply load it up again to create another christening card should I need one. All I have to do is pick what colour/type of card to cut it from.
Thanks for stopping by here today. I'll be back in a matter of hours to continue with the Uniko Studio sneak peeks - hope you can stick around for them! :)
