Hooray for the weekend! Finally finding a few spare moments to catch up with myself!
I'm still managing to squeeze in some inky time during the weekends (not so much the work nights yet but I'll get there!) so here's a card for ya:
This card is for our new challenge on the Passion for Papertrey blog. We want you to be inspired by a member of the Papertrey Ink DT creation and get inky! I was inspired by the following card by Lisa Johnson:
I'm pretty sure you know why I picked this card. The green definitely spoke out to me :)
We really hope you can play along with us this fortnight!
Right I'm dashing off again. The start of the term is always super busy and if I get myself organised this weekend, it should make my week slightly less busy (Being organised is not my kinda thing, but hey, it's worth a shot, if it gives me more hours in the working week right?!)
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Catch ya later!

Beautiful design - I love Lisa's inspiration card, but the lines of your bamboo speak to me even more ;)

yummy green card with bamboo, Duchess :) We worked with that stamp set at SAF and I just loved layering the images in different colours :) That Lisa Johnson is such a little firecracker...she'd be fun to have at parties!! LOL, or out on the patio drinking martinis with us!! I hear ya on the tired work week nights...I could barely keep my eyes open. Had a good sleep and heading out soon to Michaels and the gym :) Then maybe some inky time with my
CASE Study...I'm hoping to do this Passionn for PTI challenge too :) Guess who I'll be CASEing?!! LOL hugs and enjoy the first weekend!! Yay!!
I plan to CASE the CASE with this CAS card. Let's see, how many more acronyms with "CAS" can I use? I love that shade of green, too, and have always loved the simpler cards. Their design and focus on simple elements say everything that needs to be said. Thanks for another beautiful inspiration piece.
This is just too fabulous Aimes!!! Gorgeous CASE of Lisa's card! WOW!!!
I've just been through a bunch of posts- I can't believe how much fabulousness I've missed!!! You are on FIRE girl!!!
Love your take on Lisa's pretty card! The bamboo is a perfect choice and adore those little 'peeking' buttons. Enjoy your weekend!
LUSCIOUS! I love the way you've continued one of the background images onto the linen - totally inspired!
Your projects are always so beautiful Aimes - I don't know why I'm always blown away ;)
