An interactive pun...

Hey!

Takin' a diddy break from the TCM June Release Countdown to share a card that I seriously could. Not. Stop. To. Create.

The CAS-ual Friday gals are asking us to use acetate or vellum for our CAS-tastics cards this week. I always wanna play along with the CAS-ual Friday gals but hardly ever find the time. So happy that I could squeeze in the inky time to play along this week :)

Edited to add: After many requests, I will create a tutorial for this card. I'm no magician and I'm more than happy to share the tricks! *wink*

Cue my card featuring acetate:

Fully Recovered1

That comfy chair is stamped using Staz-On on acetate but you gotta pull the twine for the magic to happen...

Fully Recovered 2

...keep on pulling...

Fully Recovered 3

Hee! I love a punny card even more-so when it's interactive *grin*

Thanks for stopping by today! I'll be back in a few hours to share yet another sneaky peek from The Craft's Meow so don't stray too far!

Catch ya later!

Card Deets
{Hope you're fully re-covered soon!}
Stamps: On My Couch, On My Couch Additions (Papertrey Ink)/Thanks to Thee Bee (The Craft's Meow)
Ink: Black (Staz-On)/Black (Memento)
Cardstock: Lemon Tart, Aqua Mist, White (Papertrey Ink)
Accessories: Seed Packet Die, Tag Sale #3 Die, Jute Button Twine (Papertrey Ink)/Acetate (Stash!)

love the punny interactive CAS card. But I still have not figured it out how it was done! Do you mind a tutorial when you get a chance?

Love this, Amy! I made my first magic card last month, and used a Hero Arts robot stamp for my friend's daughter's birthday. They are so much fun, and I love your take on it! I'm a sucker for a punny card too. Thank you so much for playing along with us at CAS-ual Fridays!

No way. NO WAY! This is jaw droppingly clever Aimes! Leave it to you to do something like this:) Just like that other interactive card you made a few years ago using the same stamp! LOL

Saw your winning card at CAS-ual Friday. I been thinking if the card can be pulled out (since there is a string attached to it) and if will turn to something in color after pulling out (hint from the white and acetate). Thus, I click on your name and bring me to your blog. Then, I hope to look for a tutorial as I attempted to make something like this once but failed! I hope to see the tutorial soon, Aimes! Thanks a lot for sharing!

Congrats on your win - not a bad belated b-day present, eh? Happy happy BTW. Look forward to a tutorial - saw a card like this once before and I'm clueless as to how you make the magic happen...
