A Giveaway!

Hey!

TGI Friday! I know I'm still on my hols, but it's a bank holiday weekend here in the UK which means I can share a tiny piece of my long hols with my guy :)

Because it's Friday (and nearly the start of a 3 day weekend) I feel like celebrating. How about a little giveaway?

Well seeing as I've being delving into the digital side this week on the blog, I'm gonna continue the theme and offer the software that I've been playing with to one lucky peep!

Yup - those sweet folks at My Memories.com have given me a copy of their software - My Memories Suite - to give away! So if you're feeling a little unsure about the whole digi thing but would like to give it a go, then this is the perfect chance at getting a play for free!

Don't worry, I won't make you jump through hoops to enter. All you need to do is pop across to the My Memories.com store, have a nosy, come back here and leave a comment telling me what your fave kit is and your experience with digis (Are you new to them? Do you use them all the time? Do you like to combine digi with good ol' ink and stamps?)

All comments must be received by 9am on Thursday 1st Sept (UK time) and I'll reveal a winner later that day (the winner has a week to contact me before I draw another winner)

And before I scoot - here's another card I made with the MMS software:

Friend

Combined with a few crafty supplies of course *wink*

If you haven't seen my other projects made with MMS, you can check 'em out here , here and here! And if you can't wait to see if you win a copy of the software, then you can grab your own $10 dollar discount on it and a $10 coupon to use at the store here :)

Wishing you all a wonderful and fabulous weekend (and a long one here in the UK - yay!)

Catch ya later!

Hey, get you going all digified -don't go abandoning us girl!! I fancy trying it myself but scared of the printing thing - never had much success printing on cs. Maybe you can give me some tips next week (wink).
Loving your style as ALWAYS!

Never tried any digital scrapbooking before. I have used digi stamps on my cards but never any digi papers. You certainly make it look cool. I really like the Happy Birthday to Me kit and (even though I'm not American) the Ol Glory kit.

You'd never know it wasn't stamped!

WOW! My Memories.com has some beautiful and colorful packs. I love Christmas so the Merry Christmas Paper Pack was my favorite. I can not believe how affordable their packages are and they even have some free ones. How awesome is that!!? I took a hybrid card class with Jessica Sprague and really liked the versatility of the digital papers. I started using digis in the past year, when I discovered them. I am a collector of free digis and love all of the options and generous designers in the craft world! Thanks for the great giveaway!!

If you have not found The Graphics Fairy, you need to check out her blog and the The Background Fairy blog also. They have digital pics with and without colors and papers too. I have a link on my blog if you want to check it out.

HI Aimes, I took a look around the store and really liked the 'Outside My Window-Summer' kit. I have used digi paper and digi images but need to learn more on how to 'layer' them. Saw a tutorial that might help with this new adventure. Love the card you have made. Definitely much easier on the pocket book using digi but still love my clear stamps! Have a very nice holiday!

Hi Aimes

Yet another great card. I love the simplicity and clean effect of this card.
I have never used the digi prints and to be honest a bit scared of them as I don't know what to do and not too hot on the computer but would love a go. Had a look at the site and really like the back to nature words as I love nature and the saying ring true to me.
Have a fab bank hols

what a cheerful sunny card!! I think this program may be a little easier to use than My Digital Studio...went over and checked out the website :) OR you could come over and give me a personal lesson, like Lynn did on the Cricut! :)

I've done only a bit of digi-card making and it was with WORD (not the easiest way, I'm sure). Would probably do more but I hate to use up all my color ink -- ha! Got any ideas for cheaper printing? I couldn't decide which kit was my favorite. I love Word Art and Alphabets, so would take any of them. The kits are great. I even downloaded a few freebies while I was at it. Thanks for letting us play along.

Fabulous card! I've used digital paper and digital images in combo with my stamps but have no idea about layering. You have tempted me to try the software--lots of possibilities there. My favorite kit is Outside My Window-Summer. I especially love the paper patterns in this one!

Wow, I never knew! Poking around the My Memories site was my first real exposure to digital products. I'm impressed with the variety and selection....and prices. I'm a card maker/stamper so I haven't really seen the need to explore the digital world. Might just be taking a closer look now! I really thought the Halloween kits were so much fun! Thanks for the opportunity to win.

I used to make my own digital cards when I was younger (though not as sophisticated as the ones on mymeories), but have switched to making non-digi cards recently. With all the different kits available on the site it is hard to choose just one since they are all so versatile. I will definitely try to incorporate some digital elements to my cards now. Thanks for sharing!
